WEBCrazy since a 5x10 welded trailer with 3500# axle costs the same with one year warranty from many places around me. Who would buy a bolt together kit with less capacity and probably less warranty. One tip is to look for trailer companies not big box stores.

WEBFeb 21, 2020 · The "heavy duty" has a 1 7/8 hitch while the "super duty" has a 2" hitch. They both have 12" tires, but the "super duty" is a 4.8" width tire vs. 5.2" width. Apart from that, the two trailers really look identical. The "super duty" does seem to weight almost 80 lbs more, so I guess it has thicker steel?

I have all of the frame parts layed out, but nothing is lining up per the instructions. For example, on the front part of the frame there is supposed to be four top corner holes for nuts/bolts and four bottom corner holes for nuts-bolts.

There’s a massive difference in trailer control between a chain style WDH like the one Harbor Freight sells and a ‘all in one’ hitch like an Equalizer or Husky. But I might need the 1195 lb. capacity with 48"x96" dimensions to carry two bikes. Im going to keep researching and see if its possible to put two bikes on the smaller 40"x48" HF trailer.
