Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has cleared the gunman in the shooting at a Detroit Lions tailgate in the Eastern Market as she ruled it a case of self-defense.

DETROIT – There will be no charges in a double fatal shooting at a Detroit Lions tailgate on Sunday; the shooter acted in self-defense, authorities said.
