A slew of flights going to or coming from Texas were canceled Tuesday as Hurricane Beryl hits the Lone Star State.

A lake breeze and a weak cold front could trigger a few rain showers. Coverage will increase Tuesday night as the remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl move closer. The highest chance of rain this week will come on Wednesday as the remnants of Beryl approach the lower Great Lakes.

Beryl was considered a tropical storm but picked up strength before making landfall, becoming a category one hurricane. As it makes its way through Texas, the storm's path is predicted to curve, sending its remnants toward Ohio and the Midwest.
