By Reporter Joslyn Malave Tuscaloosa County residents stuck in a no-man’s land where they couldn’t vote in the Tuscaloosa County School System’s or Tuscaloosa City Schools’ tax referendums won’t have that problem next time after voters approved Local Amendment 1 Tuesday.
