Five people were found dead from gunshot wounds in three Wichita, Kansas, homes, and police believe the shootings are connected, according to authorities.

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Police say the five people shot and killed in south Wichita on Sunday were all men, ranging in age from 39 to 68. The Wichita Police Department continues to believe that one of the men shot the other four and then shot himself.

“I just thought it was crazy; that was pretty much it. This is crazy,” said neighbor Maliyja Lewis. “A lot of cops and a lot of lights. That’s what I seen, and then yesterday I drove past afterwards, and I seen three houses taped up.”

Five people were fatally shot at three different homes Sunday in south Wichita, police officials said. The first shooting report came in at 5:44 p.m. when someone called 911 to report an incident at a home in the 1700 block of Santa Fe.
