The FTC has issued a formal letter calling out Xbox Game Pass' pricing and tier changes, calling it "product degradation."

Microsoft has made changes to its Xbox Game Pass service that are "exactly the sort of consumer harm" from its Activision acquisition that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) was worried about, the agency wrote in a letter addressed to the US Appeals Court.

Besides free DLC, Xbox Game Pass subscribers have four new free games to play this week. Flock, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, Dungeons of Hinterberg, and Capcom's Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess have all been added to Xbox Game Pass just recently.
