DeMar DeRozan's clutch gene proved to be the difference in the Kings' 123-115 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night at State Farm Arena.

The Sacramento Kings were able to hold off a late-game push by the Atlanta Hawks, walking out with a 123-115 win Friday night. The Kings held the lead for most of the night, but the Hawks got right by in the game in the final quarter when they put together an 11-0 run and eventually tied the game.

After starting the season 0-2, the Sacramento Kings won convincingly against the Portland Trail Blazers 111-98 to light the beam for the first time this year. Kings forward DeMar DeRozan led the way with 23 points, doing most of his damage in the first half.
