The remnant system was last addressed in a final advisory by the National Hurricane Center at 11 am Tuesday, with sustained winds of 30 miles per hour, Gordon has downgraded from a tropical depression to a remnant.

The National Hurricane Center continues to track Tropical Storm Gordon and another system expected to form this weekend off the southeastern U.S. coastline.

The National Hurricane Center issued the last advisory for the remnant system at 11 am Tuesday. The tropical depression Gordon has weakened into a remnant. Remnants of Gordon are 920 miles east of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 30 mph. It’s moving 5 mph to the north.

It has a 20% chance of developing over the next two days and a 50% chance of developing over the next seven days.
