Coroner: Teen drowns after crashing into canal
The Kern County coroner's office on Wednesday said a teenager drowned Sept. 29 after crashing the vehicle he was driving into a canal. Ulicer Alesander Perez Jimenes, 16, of Lamont died at 1:10 a.m.
