Austin Lee Tanner was out on a $20,000 bond on two counts of insurance fraud, one count of theft and one count of attempted theft when he attended the CMA Awards, according to a motion submitted to the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama. The CMA Awards were on Nov. 20 at Bridgestone Arena.

And we know that because the 38-year-old Alabama native, who was reportedly indicted in April on two counts of insurance fraud and attempted theft of property and was released on $20,000 bond, recently made the trek to Nashville for the CMA Awards.

A warrant was issued for an aspiring country music singer after authorities say he violated his bond conditions by attending the CMA Awards here in Nashville.
