AP has called that voters defeated both Little Rock sales taxes on election night for a three-eighth cent permanent tax and a five-eighth cent 10-year tax.

Unofficial results, which don't include absentee and provisional ballots, show the sales tax plan losing and incumbent city directors Antwan Phillips and Joan Adcock keeping their seats.
