Reigning U.S. Open champ Bryson DeChambeau was at his alma mater SMU's football game this weekend, and he brought some hardware with him.

On Saturday, DeChambeau took the U.S. Open trophy to the SMU football game against Pittsburgh, a ranked matchup featuring two of the top teams in the ACC this season. He was honored during the game, but the highlight came when DeChambeau was shown with the trophy in the student section.

On Saturday evening, the two-time major champion made a surprise appearance at Gerald J. Ford Stadium where No. 20-ranked SMU, DeChambeau's Alma Mater, played undefeated Pittsburgh in an enormous ACC clash. The Mustangs, a seven-point favorite, absolutely rolled the No. 18-ranked Panthers 48-25 to extend their win streak to six.
