Kenneth P. Franco, 75. Kenneth Paul Franco, of Quincy, died peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. He was 75. Kenny was born in Waltham on September 6, 1949, and was the son of the late Edward A. and Eleanor (DiPanfilo) Franco. He was raised in South Boston and attended local schools.
